Candidate Profile Recruitment for Trainee - Software Support (.net US Support) Job Description - To Provide the software support to the clients in US via email & over the phone. - To resolve the software related queries & problems. - To write the program cases. - On any of the following (listed in order of importance): - C#, VB.NET, Web dev (ASP.NET, ASP, XML, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML). Client- and server-side component methodology. Desired Profile - BE / B.Tech / MCA with 0-6 months experience. - Project experience on any of the following: C#, VB.NET, Web dev (ASP.NET, ASP, XML, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML). Client- and server-side component methodology - Must possess exemplary Communication skills both written & oral. - Knowledge, ability and desire to learn/apply programming skills. - Should possess good interpersonal & problem solving skills. - Ability to prioritize while juggling multiple tasks.
