As for the requirement -

Role : Associate DB Programmer

Abilities

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High on energy and attitude
- Should be able to handle stressful situations
- Willing to work in any shift
- Strong learning ability
- Excellent analytical, logical and problem solving skills

Role Definition

1. He should be able to handle complexity 2 level requests
2. Should own 2 complex queries
3. Should be able to work on atleast 2 query optimizations

Academic Qualification

Any Graduate
Technical Skills

- Must have good knowledge of Basic TSQL Programming skills like Joins, cursors, Aggregate functions etc.
- Knowledge of SQL Server is desired
Experience

Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in IT Development/SQL programming

Role : Sr. DB Programmer

Abilities

- Should be Excellent communications
- High on energy and attitude
- Proven expertise on Process Improvement
- Leveraging technology through Digitization initiatives
- Willing to work in any shift
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organization skills

Role Definition

1. Should identify minimum 10 query optimization & automation opportunity.
2. Should mentor at least 2 trainee database programmers.
3. Should be well versed with all kind of complex requests.
4. Should be able to drive continuous and high productivity with low cost.

Academic Qualification

Any Graduate
Technical Skills

- Must have excellent knowledge of Basic TSQL Programming skills like Joins, cursors, Aggregate functions etc.
- Knowledge of SQL Server is desired
- Successful completion of Projects using TSQL Programming would be preferred
- 3+years of experience in IT Development/SQL programming
